We take our responsibility to protect student data privacy very seriously. As data processors, protecting this information is foundational to our business; our customers rely on it, and it is a top priority throughout our organization.

Educonnectix, LLC does not rent, sell, or provide access to student data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Our software-as-a-service (SaaS) products interact with various types of data, which can be categorized into user data and transactional data. Each school or school district determines how this data is utilized. All user data processed by Educonnectix is managed under the direction of the school and used solely for legitimate educational purposes, with proper consent. We do not track or share student data with third parties for any purposes not related to the educational objectives set by our clients.

In certain cases, we permit third-party cookies in Educonnectix when they are necessary for the third-party applications that our customers install. This allows districts and educators to integrate other learning apps within the Educonnectix environment. These third-party vendors may use cookies to ensure their learning apps function properly.

Educonnectix does not share or utilize cookie data for any purpose, and we do not track user data outside of the Educonnectix platform. As our customers are aware, there are no advertisements present in the Educonnectix Ecosystem.
